Prior to corporate coaching, Carolyn Crawford, F2F’s founder, worked in stockbroking – NAB London and JB Were Sydney on the Money Market and Private Client Desks respectively and won the top graduate award for The Australian Securities Institute Diploma in 1993 – meaning she has a good understanding of business operations, markets and governance that provide a background context to all our work.

Given we work in small groups for a personal approach that maximises individual results, we have worked on average with close to 500 people per year over the past 25 years for a total of just over 12,000 participants.

For each program we run, we ask participants to self-assess 3 key measures before and after training and where feasible, with individual managers a month after training.
The measures we assess range from a minimum increase of 21% in succinctness for our 1-day business writing skills workshop, to 70% increase in confidence for our 2-day presentation skills program
