We have employed the skills of Carolyn Crawford over the last 5+ years. Carolyn has predominantly delivered services to us in the field of 'Presentation Skills' and these services have been delivered to staff with varying levels of experience and varying levels of confidence. Carolyn has always been able to adjust her style and techniques to accommodate this with positive feedback from each session that she has held for us.

I have been very impressed with the level of care and detail that Carolyn seeks to ensure that she delivers the outcomes that we require - not what she 'thinks' we require. She is innovative in her approach to changes in the training requirements. She ensure that she understands the brief that she has been given - but more so that she understands the person that she is training - what motivates them, what they are apprehensive about etc. Carolyn's delivery results in staff feeling confident of their new skills and that they are worth applying.
